Schedule

This 45 minute  class begins with a dynamic yoga warmup to increase the heart rate and warm up muscles. All before working out with dumbells and bodyweight excercises to challenge muscular strength and cardio endurance. Class concludes with a restorative yoga cool down. You will need a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a set of weights (3-5 pounds)
